How long does therapist credentialing take?
Credentialing usually runs 60–120 days per payer. If you're an already-credentialed provider joining a practice that's in-network, it can be faster; a brand-new practice also needs payer contracting (another 45–90 days), so plan for 3–6 months to be fully in-network. We submit quickly, track everything, and chase payers so it doesn't stall on paperwork.
How is this different from Headway or Alma?
Those platforms credential you under their group and take a percentage of every session you bill. We credential you independently — you own your payer contracts and your clients, and you pay a service fee, not a cut of your revenue.
Do you work with my discipline?
